Shopping chart
You will get directed to the shopping chart page, where you have the possibility to revise the list of products, update the quantity of the products you intend to order, or to go back to the store in order to continue your shopping.
Sending the order
To order the selected products, press the ORDER COMPLETION button. On the next page you will be requested to provide your email address that you registered with and your password. In case this is your first order at artizanat-online, you can register. Once you have registered, press your Chart and complete the order.
Personal details and delivery dates
Please fill in your personal details in the registration form. Don’t forget to add a telephone number for order confirmation – one of the artizanat-online consultants will contact you via telephone.
Delivery method and payment
On this page you have the possibility to choose a delivery and payment method. For payment method you can choose between: cash, payment order or on-line payment via credit card; and for delivery method you can choose between fast courier or Romanian Postal Services – Prioripost.

2. HOW DO I PAY?
CASH
Payment in cash is made in RON, in full amount upon delivery. The value of the products is the one as at the time of telephonic confirmation of the order. Payment is made to the agent who makes the delivery.
PAYMENT ORDER /BANK TRANSFER
Payment via Payment Order of Bank Transfer is made based on the proforma invoice issued by artizanat-online.ro. The product delivery is made after this operation.
The ordered products are delivered all over the country, using the method and delivery term selected by you upon placing the order.
ORDER DELIVERY IN BUCHAREST
- FREE OFCHARGE at your headquarters – if the value of the products exceeds 500 RON;
- Transportation cost 25 Ron – if the value of the products is less than 500 RON.
DELIVERY TERM
In Bucharest, delivery is made within maximum 1 - 7 working days from the order confirmation (for the items on stock).
In the country, the orders leave artizanat-online.ro for the client’s domicile within maximum 1 - 7 working days from the order confirmation.
The transportation fees in the country are born by the client.
Also, a transportation fee in the amount of 25 RON is due, for the orders of clients in Bucharest, whose order is under 300 RON.
4. GUARANTEES
The products purchased from the artizanat-online.ro store are guaranteed by their manufacturers.
Artizanat-online.ro does not assume any responsibility for the potential product defects and malfunctions. These are the exlusive responsibility of the manufacturers.
5. PRODUCT RETURN
You can return the purchased and paid products within 10 days from their receipt, in the following situations:
- The product is damaged or defected;
- You received a different product from the ordered one;
- You have not been informed and have not agreed in writing to the fact that differences may appear between the image of the products shown in the artizanat-online.ro store and the one of the products received by you, or scenery differences for the same product. Considering the fact that the products are entirely or partly hand-made, there is a big possibility that some differences of the product exist, fact that you will be notified upon.
For the reasons mentioned above, you have two options to select from:
1. We will replace the damaged product, case in which you will no longer have to pay for the transportation equivalent value. Please check the content of the received package in the presence of the transporter agent. Shoul upon package receipt, the product is damages, please mention this fact on the transportation form and immediately claim this fact via telephone at 031.803.16.51 or using the email: contact@artizanat-online.ro. If you receive a damaged package, please refuse its receipt and inform artizanat-online.ro team of this fact on the very day of package receipt, using telephone number 031.803.16.51 / 0744386641 or the e-mail address contact@artizanat-online.ro. In the contrary case, any further claim is nullified.
2. You will receive the entire amount you have spent, including the manipulation, expedition and transportation fees.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
- The product needs to be returned in its original package.
- Costs of transportation on return are not returned.
- Money return is made by the same method you have made the payment.
The product is not paid back if:
- The return reason is subjective and does not refer to the product characteristics or its quality, or if you have been informed and you have expressed your agreement to the difference between the products in the store and that of the received ones;
- You change your mind after the product was ordered and you made the payment, if none of the conditions mentioned under PRODUCT ETURN CONDITIONS appears;
- The address you used to place the order was wrong or not exact;
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Artizanat-Online.ro observed the confidentiality of the data inserted by you.
Thus, under no circumstances will your personal details be sent to third parties.
Artizanat-Online.ro does not encourage SPAM, does not provide your email address to third parties (natural or legal persons), does not sell, offer or exchange email addresses obtained via this website, does not reveal your email address to other persons who access this website without your explicit agreement.
Information related to you can be used by us only for purposes associated to the sale of the services and products in the virtual store:

- offering products and/or services;
